A spectacular Grand Canal property with exquisite canal views, created with exceptional craftsmanship and vision and occupying a special place in Filippo’s heart.
Situated on the mezzanine level of one of the most beautiful and historic palazzos in the whole of Venice and within a stone’s throw of an excellent variety of traditional bars, restaurants and interesting small shops typical of Dorsoduro, including the canal-side Osteria Enoteca Ai Artisti, Ristorante Bakaro, Oniga, Osteria Alla Bifora, Ca’ Del Vento, Locanda Montin and Osteria Ai Pugni to name but a few… not forgetting the locals’ favourite Cantinone Gia Schiavi-Al Bottegon for super cicheti and Bar Alla Toletta for some of the tastiest tramezzini in town!

Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Vaporetto-Haltestelle (Wasserbus) in Rialto entfernt, für eine herrliche Stadtbesichtigung, bringt die Gondelfähre "Traghetto" Passagiere über den Canal Grande zwischen der Riva Del Carbon und San Silvestro im Sestiere San Polo zur Vaporetto (Wasserbus ) Haltestelle in San Zaccaria für Ausflüge in die Stadt, Besuche der Lido-Strände und der Biennale-Pavillons in Arsenale und Giardini.

Benannt nach den blühenden Palmen, die in seinem weitläufigen Rasengarten (zur privaten Nutzung!) in der Nähe des hübschen Kanals Rio delle Romite in den Himmel ragen, verspricht dieses friedliche Allerheiligste mit seiner äußerst begehrten Adresse ein außergewöhnliches venezianisches Erlebnis für bis zu 6 Gäste.
Das kürzlich renovierte Corte della Palma liegt nur ein paar Türen von der berühmten Locanda Montin der alten Schule und eine Brücke (und eine kurze Gasse) von der glitzernden Zattere-Promenade entfernt und bringt seine Innenräume in die nächste Dimension dank kühnem Design, fantasievoll gepaart mit traditionellen Stücke und Kunstgegenstände.
