La Loggia Grand Canal Venecia - Apartamento

The apartment is large, with a generous primary bedroom upstairs, a comfortable ensuite bedroom on the main floor and a large sitting room common area. The location was convenient to the train station and many vaparetto stops, restaurant, shops, etc.

We had a great stay at La Loggia Grand Canal! The view could not be beat, and the location was perfect. It was so amazing to arrive in the private water taxi and be dropped off literally steps from the front door of the apartment. We were able to walk all over Venice from this apartment. Views on Venice was extremely helpful with answering questions and helping us reserve transportation to and from the apartment. Amir was extremely prompt in meeting us at the apartment the day we checked in. He was very welcoming. He also gave us a city map, and he took the time to point out several different locations of interest on the map. Thank you Amir!

The appartment was comfortable, well laid out and nicely decorated. The terrace directly on the Grand Canal was an absolute bonus, with an amazing view. It was nice arriving by watertaxi right on the doorstep. Good proximity to the San Marcuola vaporetto-stop and the Despar supermarket.

Wir wurden von Ihrer Mitarbeiterin (Name leider vergessen) sehr herzlich empfangen und sie hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Venedig vermittelt. Die Wohnung können wir bestens empfehlen - nicht Daheim und doch Zuhause !
Mit einem Aperitif auf dem Balkon sitzen und dem Treiben auf dem Canale Grande zuschauen, das war für uns ein Hochgenuss. Margrit, Max und Oliver

Great to watch the boats go by very updated furniture and fixings. Easy check in. If you book a direct taxi to the airport they can pick you up right at your dock!

The location is marvellous. From the vaporetto stop to all the amenities close by, navigating Venice from La Loggia was a pleasure. Watching the action on the Grand Canal was mesmerizing and on some occasions thrilling!

The two of us had to put off our stay at this gorgeous location three years, because you know pandemic, but it was worth the wait. We came straight from the airport on a water taxi set up by Views on Venice, right to our private dock only feet from the door to this two level, sleek paradise view. Met at the dock by a VoV rep who showed us around and left us with plenty of information, we got to discover Venice from this quiet, yet convenient location. This place is a short walk from all the supplies you would need and close to vaporetto docks as well as the train station...yet the neighborhood has a very local feel.

The insides are just as gorgeous as the photos. Sleek and modern interior, with a great use of the plentiful space. We enjoyed cooking a couple of meals there and loved the inversion cooktop in the kitchen. The upstairs bedroom with its own private second floor balcony is a great place to wake up to the sunrise, and watch the heart of Venice get going each morning as the boats dock outside to deliver supplies for the islands.

Which brings us to the view. The view is amazing, you have not one but two balconies overlooking the Grand Canal. We spent multiple early evenings sitting out and watching the sun set from the first floor balcony as we enjoyed a bottle of wine. Even raised a glass or two to tourists heading by on their vaporetto as they took photos of us "locals" sitting on our overlook. The view is magical, we miss it already.

Location, Location, Location. Fully renovated and quiet but close to the action. The bins get picked up from the jetty nearby but Venice life happens on the canal so you also get the gondolas, ferries, pleasure boats, taxis and stunning skies. Located on a bend in the Grand Canal the views are expansive and the sunrises and sunsets are stunning

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and we especially liked the outdoor veranda with chairs and small table to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and take in the boats and gondolas gliding by. Very tastefully decorated and everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Would definitely recommend and would come again!

The location and the view right on the Grand Canal were ideal. The apartment is stylish and comfortable, an elegant space from which to enjoy Venice. Working with the VoV staff during the process of renting the place - through the Covid crisis - was the best of all. VoV was the best short-term rental agency I've ever worked with, and the people who make up the company are truly helpful and gracious.

Les photos décrivant le lieu sont sans doute en dessous de la réalité de cet appartement vraiment magique, sans doute un des plus beaux emplacements de Venise que nous connaissions déjà très bien. Le clapotis de l'eau sur le Grand Canal est bluffant tout comme l'appartement lui-même...Nous reviendrons c'est sûr!
