Sitting on the 4th floor at the very top of one of the finest palazzi in Venice (indeed the birthplace of 2 Doges of Venice, Leonardo Loredan (1501-21) and Francesco Loredan (1752-62)) and benefitting from plenty of light and airiness as a result, Ca' Cerchieri Terrace offers private water access for stylish and fuss-free arrivals by private water taxi and is reached by lift to the 3rd floor, leaving one flight of stairs to ascend on foot.

Hosting 6 astute guests in trip-of-a-lifetime surroundings and (almost!) rubbing shoulders with the Torre dell’ Orologio (Clock Tower) next door, the 4 bedroom Due Leoni is as rare as it is ravishing and is bright, uplifting and exceptional throughout.
Classically furnished with grace and panache and on the 4th floor served by lift, the air-conditioned* apartment boasts gorgeous wooden parquet flooring while its walls are adorned with period paintings and prints.
‘Take-your-breath-away-wonderful’ and including Wi-Fi, the accommodation comprises -
- An airy and spacious south-facing sitting / dining room with ample comfortable seating, a beautiful Aubusson-style rug, and an entire wall of floor-to-ceiling glazed doors opening directly onto the long furnished terrace overlooking the Basilica… take a browse through its photo gallery - need we say more!
- A cosy library / relaxation area with sofa to the side where the TV, though just the thing for chilling out during downtime, inevitably ‘plays second fiddle’ to the splendid vista outside

100% Chic and entirely unique - one of the most remarkable rental properties in Venice today.
Standing in the iconic beating heart of ‘La Serenissima’ - St. Mark’s Square - where, at night, the orchestras of the world-famous Gran Caffe Quadri and Caffe Florian conjure up a truly magical atmosphere (music is dependent on weather and season!), while the pink and white marble of the Doge’s Palace glows, and the mosaics of the Basilica shimmer in the darkness.
A short stroll to the Rialto Bridge crossing the Grand Canal and within easy reach of 2 well-stocked supermarkets for all your self-catering requirements - one at Salizada San Lio and the other at Rialto - and to the vaporetto (water bus) stops at San Zaccaria and Vallaresso for simple and convenient travel around town.

Une étoile est née!
Après avoir attendu en coulisses, Ca’ del Teatro est enfin entrée en scène et fait un début remarqué parmi nos plus belles propriétés ! Cet appartement très attendu, avec ses trois chambres et trois salles de bain ainsi qu’une splendide altana (terrasse sur le toit), est tout à fait exceptionnelle également par sa décoration, mélange exquis du meilleur goût italien : meubles d’artisan, aménagements luxueux et classiques, en parfaite harmonie avec le charme envoûtant de son quartier paisible, central et très recherché.
Lancée en juillet 2011 après sa rénovation complète par une équipe d’experts talentueux, Ca’ del Teatro peut accueillir six personnes, dans un intérieur conçu par la célèbre maison d’architecture florentine « ArchFlorence » (dont l’excellente réputation lui vaut d’avoir été choisie pour embellir certaines des plus somptueuses demeures italiennes), cette vaste propriété climatisée, aux 3e et 4e étages, est située dans le très beau quartier San Samuele, une petite oasis qui accueille galeries d’art et antiquaires, tout à côté du Campo Santo Stefano dans le sestiere San Marco.
La propriété doit son nom à l’ancien théâtre San Samuele, où se produisait la mère de Casanova, et se trouve à quelques minutes du lieu de naissance de celui qui devint l’un des personnages les plus célèbres de Venise. Elle se compose d’une impressionnante pièce principale ouverte aux teintes subtiles et élégantes, comprenant le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine, qui contient les équipements les plus modernes ; sur le côté, un escalier ouvert mène à une très belle galerie à baie vitrée à l’étage supérieur
De superbes poutres anciennes mettent en valeur le caractère et l’espace généreux de cette pièce, tandis que la connexion internet et le lave-linge vous assurent un séjour pratique et confortable quelle qu’en soit la durée.
Au même niveau se trouvent deux superbes chambres pour deux personnes ; la première, dans les tons moka et mûre, contient un lit double et une armoire à miroirs ; l’autre, aux teintes tilleul et chocolat noir, contient des lits jumeaux ; chacune dispose d’une grande salle de bain attenante (l’une avec douche, l’autre avec baignoire/ douche). À l’étage, la troisième chambre couleur violette et lavande, est meublée d’un lit double et de beaux miroirs de style marocain et dispose également d’une salle de bain attenante (douche et wc)
Pour couronner le tout, l’un des plus grands attraits de Ca’ del Teatro : une splendide altana meublée depuis laquelle vous bénéficierez de vues superbes sur le musée d’art moderne du Palazzo Grassi et dont l’élévation vous offre un point de vue imprenable sur la ville.

Une localisation exceptionnelle… à quelques pas d’une épicerie, d’un caviste et d’un large choix de cafés et osterie… quant aux amoureux des parfums, ils seront ravis de découvrir la célèbre pharmacie florentine « Officina Profumo Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella »– l’une des plus anciennes au monde, qui fournissait autrefois ses parfums à Catherine de Médicis.
L’emplacement est également très pratique pour tous vos déplacements en ville grâce à la proximité de deux arrêts de vaporetto (San Samuele et Sant' Angelo) et de traghetto (pensez à en vérifier les horaires), le service de gondole qui vous fait traverser le Grand Canal.
Toute arrivée entre 20 h et minuit est tarifée 50 €, payables en espèces immédiatement. Nous organisons des check-ins entre minuit et 1 h du matin, avec une majoration de 100 €, payables en espèces immédiatement. Après 1 h du matin, nous réservons le droit d'accepter le Client, toujours avec un supplément à quantifier en fonction de l'heure d'arrivée.
