Welcome to a two-level Roman sanctuary where each floor unfolds a unique tale of elegance, comfort, and timeless charm.
In respect to the space, the 4th and 5th floors are intricately connected by an internal staircase, elegantly designed for ease of access while maintaining the individual character of each level. This feature not only ensures privacy between the two floors but also provides the convenience of smooth movement within the penthouse.
4th Floor: The lower level, or the 4th floor, hosts two of the five bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom. Here, you'll also find the state-of-the-art gym and access to the private garage.
5th Floor: Ascending to the 5th floor, you are welcomed into a world of elegance and comfort. This upper level houses the remaining three bedrooms and two additional bathrooms. The heart of this floor is the living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space, all culminating in the spectacular 360-degree panoramic terrace that offers unparalleled views of Rome.
