Loved the quiet location. Requires a bit more walking to get to major attractions. The villa was spacious, well stocked and very clean. The beds were very comfortable

The location was just perfect! The home was lovely and air conditioning worked well which we appreciated greatly as it was warm during our visit. Catarina was lovely and met us right on time. Views on Venice was so easy to work with and communication was great.

This is a lovely apartment with three double beds and a fourth bedroom with twin beds each with their own bathroom three en suite. It has a roof terrace which provides offers a lovely view of Venice. It is situated in a quiet part of the city with a Conad supermarket within easy walking distance.

The house had an excellent flow with lots of space and light. We particularly loved eating breakfast on the roof terrace.

We had a wonderful time in Ca dell’Opera. The location is truly wonderful, one minute away from everything. The decoration of bedrooms and bathroom is delightful. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Plenty of storage and space, and light. The only downside is the ground floor bedroom - which we didn’t use - is quite dark so definetely not as nice as the other three. The sitting room is a bit small as well but we did not really use it as mostly were touring the city! This is the second time we use views on venice and the service (water taxi, luggage, communication) is truly impeccable.

I have stayed in several beautiful apartments with Views on Venice over the years and every time the accommodation has been great and the service outstanding. This apartment was no exception - with delightful views over the roof tops to the bell tower in St Mark's square from the terrace. The bedrooms were very comfortable and all the bathrooms well appointed. Decor and ambience were perfect and the very large and well equipped kitchen meant we were able to enjoy home cooked meals ( we are all foodies and love to cook ) including a special Halloween party night. I cannot praise Views on Venice highly enough.

Great Location

The first time we stayed with Views on Venice was 20 yrs ago and it continues to be the best way of seeing Venice. You don’t feel quite such a tourist and it provides you with a peaceful private retreat from the business of Venice.

Perfect for our group of 4 couples. Service from Views on Venice was exceptional, responded very quickly to requests to book Water Taxis and arranging for luggage to be sent to the airport. Couldn’t have asked for more.

La casa di recente ristrutturazione è una vera dimora veneziana, di grande atmosfera, luminosa, accogliente e fornita di tutte le comodità. Gli spazi molto ampi consentono la privacy di tutti gli ospiti ma allo stesso è assicurata un’atmosfera intima e famigliare.
La casa: quattro camere doppie molto spaziose confortevoli e arredate con gusto ciascuna camera può usufruire del proprio bagno altrettanto bello e funzionale cucina spaziosa e dotata di tutte le necessità per cucinare in compagnia e viversi la casa
Terrazza : una piccola chicca per gustarsi la brezza e Venezia dall'alto. L’accesso dall’ultimo piano risulta un po’ articolato pertanto la terrazza si presta molto a pause relax, aperitivi e colazioni. Non risulta agevole invece pranzare/cenare poichè non predisposta.
Posizione ottima! centrale e allo stesso tempo lontana dagli abituali percorsi turistici (che sono comunque dietro l'angolo) Supermercati e Attracco vaporetti entro i 5 minuti a piedi dalla casa.

Anche visitiamo spesso Venezia questa vacanza e questa casa ci hanno regalato una “nuova venezia” ….per noi alloggio consigliato e Sogno Veneziano assicurato!!

We couldn't have asked for a better apartment than Ca' Dell'Opera. As a family of six in need of four bedrooms, we were delighted by the spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and shared spaces, all of which were comfortable, tastefully appointed, and impeccably clean. We arrived in Venice unexpectedly late at night, but Marta was right there to greet us and make sure we had everything we needed. Whenever we had a questionneeded help during the week, she replied promptly and courteously. We had one plumbing problem arise during our stay (a shower faucet detaching from the wall), but it was fixed the next morning. The location was perfect: quiet but very close to multiple vaporetto stops, shops, and restaurants. Conad supermarket was a 10-minute walk away. The Views on Venice renter's guide was extremely helpful as well. We will definitely contact Views on Venice the next time we plan a trip to Venice. Thank you!

This is a spectacular apartment in our favorite area of Venice. As an interior designer, I very much appreciated the quality of the wall finishes, lighting, furnishings and amazing bathrooms. The large kitchen is wonderfully equipped and turned out to be a great gathering place. The staff person upon arrival and departure was efficient and very helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to use VOV again and highly recommend it.

Our apartment was truely gorgeous. The floor plan was perfect as we were 4 couples staying 8 nights, so each couple had their own bathroom. Comfortable beds, wonderful water pressure in all the bathrooms and excellent wifi coverage The soft furnishings, lighting, finish on the walls were all divine, nothing not to like about this apartment. The location was quiet and a relief to get home to after intense and often crowd filled days. Only very slight draw back is that there is no deli near by for last minute supplies, bit of hike to Conad supermarket, but someone in our group was usually happy to go. Beautiful apartment and great service by VOV. Thank you.

The apartment in Venice was absolutely beautiful. It had undergone a recent renovation and was tastefully decorated with nice furniture. The en suite bathrooms were stunning and the beds were large and comfortable. The large dining kitchen was also well equipped and perfect for a dinner round the table. The host was excellent with good communication and was very helpful on our arrival. I'd highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Venice especially large groups.

We were met at the Vaporetto stop and guided to the apartment. Caterina was very helpful in showing us around the apartment and recommending some restaurants for our first night. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms well appointed. Everything we needed was in the spacious and nicely renovated kitchen. The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood and is very quiet at night while still being convenient to all sites during the day.

Beautiful apartment will all amenities located in a quiet area of Dorsoduro. Having walked through fair bit of Venice, I can say this was one of the nicer areas to live in. Lot of art and craft shops around perhaps due to its proximity to Accademia. Thankfully it is not on water, as we noted a pungent smell from some canals at night. It is at a convenient walking distance to the Accademia and Zattare waterbus stops. From Accademia you can get waterbus to most important locations in Venice including train station. We used Zattare to get to airport. Arrival was very smooth, and would recommend arranging water taxi through them if coming from train station, unless you are already familiar with Venice. During check-in we were given some maps with all landmarks and waterbus stations marked on it, which we found very useful. This was the nicest accommodation we stayed in during trip to Italy. Travelled as group of 8. Photos don't do justice to this lovely house.

Place was awesome. Federica checked us in and explained everything. The location was perfect and the flat was charming and well appointed. The espresso machine got good use as did the work e opener :-). Totally recommend this place!

The apartment was exactly as described and we would highly recommend it, the location is ideal for visiting Venice, the apartment is situated in a very quite area. We would highly recommend this apartment for a group of friendslarge family as the layout gives everyone privacy with the layout also being perfect for socialising. Views on Venice were very helpful they really do provide a five star service and we would certainly use them again when we return to Venice.
