Wir waren als Freundeskreis bereits das zweite mal in dieser Wohnung und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !!!
Service, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sind perfekt. Über WhatsApp hatten wir stets einen direkten Kontakt zum Vermieter, der uns mit Rat und Tat immer zur Seite stand.

Excellent, spacious apartment in a central location. worked very well for us as a family of four.

Für 3 Paare ideal. Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 gleichwertige Schlafzimmer mit je einem Badezimmer. Ein Highlight war für uns die Dachterrasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich.

This is a great family apartment. Three bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms really made it comfortable. Was great to have a/c in the bedrooms because it was very hot outside. The apartment has a lot of space and the roof terrace is such a bonus. Wonderful to have our own space when Venice is so crowded. The service from Views on Venice was fantastic- offers to help with transportation, quickly getting us an item (clothes drying rack) that was missing, and then, most of all, mailing me an item I’d left behind. We would stay here again.

Le design est typiquement italien. Toutes les pièces sont belles et bien aménagés. les salles de bain sont grandes, belles et pratiques. 3 cac et 3 sdb avec une belle terrasse.

Idéalement placé près du palazzo Grassi,de l academie, de la fenice,ce magnifique appartement est d un confort total en proposant 3 chambres doubles avec SDB et wc privatifs.La cuisine est complète et le salon très accueillant.L'Altana sur le toit est un plus(en saison)mais nous a permis de voir le feu d artifice du 31 sans bouger....nombreux rangements et machine à laver le linge..chauffage très efficace.Nous avons été enchantés. Et merci aux filles de WOV....très efficaces pour réservations et renseignements.

This apartment was absolutely perfect in every aspect . It is the perclfct size for one persona couple. The location is magnificent . The grocery shop just a few steps away attributed so much to my quality of life there . It really felt like home. The VOV team were more than helpful in ensuring my stay there was wonderful.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet area minutes away from all the action. We loved the rooftop seated area. The Whole apartment is very comfortable with every amenity. We so enjoyed staying here. The grocery and all the restaurants on the street were great. We felt like "locals" for a week! Thanks for everything Views on Venice.

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at Ca Del Teatro. It was the perfect little apartment for us. Everything was sparkling clean and tastefully decorated. Internet worked perfectly. Marta met us at the vaporetto stop and explained everything beautifully. The neighborhood ahs some nice little stores. The altana was delightful and perfect for a glass of prosecco in the late afternoon. I have stayed at larger and grander apartments in Venice in the past, but this little place is a great value in a quiet neighborhood near everything. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in Venice and having Ca' Del Teatro as our home base was perfect. The apartments was everything we wanted. We were a bit confused by the shower controls but other than that had no issues. Not sure when we will return to Venice but would definitely consider another Views on Venice apartment.

We enjoyed the beautiful apartment. We were there during the Redenore celebration and watched the fireworks from the rooftop terrace... it was spectacular! The perfect place to watch the celebration away from the crowd. A couple minor suggestions: *provide 3 refuse containers for the 3 types of trash. *don't require the renter to do the dishes *provide more shampoo, the containers were tiny Not a big deal, just would make the stay a little easier.

This apartment is in a great location (close to Campo Santo Stefano) and is well presented. Very spacious and just prefect for our stay in Venice. The roof top terrace was a great spot for an afternoon relax after sightseeing.

The terrace delightful and so quiet at night with lovely views. A great location for exploring Venice. We hope to return soon!

VoV peronnel were very responsive from start to finish of the booking, arrival, and departure process. It was easy to contact VoV by phone and email during our stay - this was important to us as we are accustomed to hotels with 24 hour service. The apartment itself has a super convenient location with a fabulous restaurant and grocery store just at the doorstep. WIFI acccess was very fast and reliable. Decor was stylish and furnishings were inviting for a holiday stay.

Our stay in Venice @ Ca del Teatro could have only been better if we had stayed longer! To begin, the whole process of booking was handled professionally and communication was excellent.(thank you Daniella!) We were 3 couples visiting from California and had an amazing time. We took the private water taxi from the airport (arranged by Views) and we were met by Valentina at the dock. We were all blown away by how beautiful the apartment was. Just as the photos, but even better in person! Valentina took the time to explain all the features and amenities. The rooftop terrace was fantastic. The location is perfect, very central in a great, safe neighborhood. Highly recommend the company and this apartment.
