La Dimora Nova Florencia - Apartamento

The unit is very charming and beautiful. It has three rooms, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen with three bathrooms. It also has a small room outside of the unit which has a bed. We did not use it, but it is there. The location is fantastic very central to everything and there’s a balcony view of the river that is spectacular. The communication was very positive and perfect. There is a small lift in the building to get you up as it is on the top floor of the building so you will have to climb about four sets of stairs to get up to the unit. But as I said, there is a lift. Overall excellent experience and a very unique and charming apartment a great Florence experience.

Absolutely beautiful, luxury apartment. Everything was such high quality — from the linens to the furnishings to the Ortigia products. We loved the location and the view. Our host, Camellia, was incredibly friendly and helpful after our long journey. There was nothing we needed. The only problem was that it set the bar high for our subsequent airbnbs. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this home was absolutely perfect in every way, deserving more than just five stars! Situated in the heart of Florence, we were just steps away from all the iconic landmarks, museums, shopping, and restaurants, making our exploration of this beautiful city incredibly convenient, the location was perfect. The home itself was nothing short of GORGEOUS. The moment we stepped inside, we were in awe of the luxurious amenities and tasteful decor. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the entire property. From the linens to the bathrooms, everything sparkled and gave us the confidence that we were in a meticulously cared-for space. From morning cappuccino to evening wine, the views from the balcony were amazing. The hosts were wonderful. They were attentive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our experience.
From the incredible location to the luxurious amenities, the pristine cleanliness, stunning views, and gracious hosts, this experience exceeded all our expectations. We are so grateful.

We stayed in this apartment for one week with our family of 4 and we hated to leave!! We rented many apartments during a 3 week stay in Italy and this was by far the best! Excellent central location, grocery store across the street, bedrooms and decor was beautifully done! All the amenities you will need are provided! We had a fantastic stay!!

Rooms/Beds and especially the bathrooms were way better than expectedshown on listing - is on the 4th floor but their is a lift - would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed this property. Our daughter is studying abroad and we used this as our home base for a week. It is perfectly located, well equipped and a fun spot. Florence is an incredible city. There is food right across the street at Conant, the walk around the city is easy to do. Highly recommend!

The apartment is exactly as pictured. It was very comfortable and the balcony was a nice place to unwind. The location is great and easily within a 10 min walk to Duomo and Piazza della Signoria. Stefano was so kind and helpful with any and all requests. He truly made our stay at a beautiful place even more special.

This apartment far exceeded our expectations! The apartment is maintained to perfection and absolutely beautiful. Very well located. Only a less then 10 minute walk to Rialto or the Duomo. Stefano who greeted us was very helpful. Would highly recommend staying here!

Gorgeous place with absolute top of the line finishes, exquisite lighting features, beautiful high end furnishings and bedding, electric shades, sunlight blocking shutters and breathtaking views. I am very picky and this place, beautifully photographed, is even better than pictured because you cannot appreciate things in the photos like the quality of the bathroom fixtures, the quality of the cabinetry, high end memory foam pillows, the automatic turn off/on lighting and the stunning views, to name a few. The kitchen is very well stocked for real cooking. Beautiful location off the river. Wish we would have booked it for a longer stay!
