Cavalier Paolo Florencia - Apartamento

We were in Florence for a wedding, and two couples shared this beautiful classical apartment. It was very thoughtfully and thoroughly set up, with all the modern kitchen and bathroom amenities one would want. The management and staff were very helpful throughout, from booking to departure (thank you Azzurra, Cecilia, Upalan!). Though located just a few blocks from the Uffizi and Santa Croce, it was very peaceful inside (on the 3rd floor), with easy access to shopping, restaurants, ... We would gladly stay here rather than in a hotel on our next visit!

Everything was as expected ..this is our second visit to this property. Staff are excellent and were of great help in arranging a doctor for my wife who took ill leaving from Sydney ..

You will not find a better apartment or location within the city of Florence

Upon check in, they were able to get us a reservation at the fantastic restaurant across the street where we had an incredible meal. It was close enough to all of the attractions that you could be there in a few minutes but a little bit removed so that it was quieter at night and you weren't surrounded by tourists completely. The apartment itself was stunning, pictures don't do it justice. It had everything we could possibly need and more. We want to come back to Florence just to stay at this apartment again. Highly recommend!!!

The staff was exceptional, assisting us with day trip planning, making reservations, and providing invaluable local insights. The apartment itself was stunning, featuring beautiful alfresco ceilings, modern, comfortable beds, and beautiful finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms! The convenience of a lift was greatly appreciated, especially upon our arrival. The location in Santa Croce was perfect, offering easy access to taxis, buses, and walking routes. You get quickly to any area in the city. Also loved the peek-a-boo view of the Arno out of our window! It truly felt like a perfect blend between a hotel and an Airbnb experience. Highly recommended! Would stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family!

I really enjoyed the apartment, Excellent location, I felt at Home. I couldn’t have made a better choice. Beautiful bright two bedrooms apartment perfectly cleaned with all the comforts my family needed. Very well equipped. Loved the design. Staff was amazing. Check in and out very much looked after.

Beautiful decor, creatively and thoughtfully renovated, excellent bed (except the pillows) and sheets, lovely stocked kitchen, stunning bathrooms!

From the moment of booking, to the moment we checked out, everything was excellent. Cecilia, Camelia and Upali were helpful, knowledgeable, kind and attentive. The apartment is beautiful . We will return.

From the moment I made the reservation, the communication started with Camelia. I knew exactly where to go for parking and the address of the apartment. The apartment is beautifully appointed with everything that a traveler could possibly need. It is absolutely beautiful and provided a much-needed respite. We were able to extend 3 days and would have loved to stay longer. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. Each recommendation we received at check-in for restaurants and services were amazing. Questions were answered quickly and often before we asked. It’s the only place I would stay in Florence when traveling again.

Cecilia was such an incredible host and so helpful with restaurant recommendations! The place was stunning and so luxurious. They thought of everything! We slept so well and the location was perfect! We highly recommend this place!!
